Bridge of Harmony Rent to Purchase Agreement

1 I MAY RETURN THE INSTRUMENT AT ANY TIME. I AM NEVER REQUIRED TO PURCHASE THE INSTRUMENT. HOWEVER, SHOULD I DECIDE TO DO SO, ALL PRINCIPAL PAYMENTS I MAKE SHALL APPLY 100% TO THE PURCHASE OF THE ORIGINAL INSTRUMENT. There are NO FINANCE CHARGES as part of this contract. This contract continues in full force and effect for the entire period that I make payments. If I decide to cancel this contract, I may do so simply by returning the instrument and making all payments due as of the date the instrument is returned. ALL INSTRUMENTS MUST BE RETURNED TO BRIDGE OF HARMONY'S RETAIL LOCATION UNLESS PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM BRIDGE OF HARMONY TO RETURN TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Upon cancellation of this contract, I will have no further liability except as described herein:

2 OWNERSHIP: Bridge of Harmony retains ownership of property listed above until property is paid in full. Buyers shall not mortgage, sell, pawn, or transfer any ownership of property listed above. Buyer authorizes school district to give any needed information for collection purposes only. Buyer agrees to notify Bridge of Harmony of all updates and changes for any credit card information (Address and Phone).

3 MAINTENANCE: Bridge of Harmony agrees to update all payments and accounting and maintain instrument in playing condition. All repair work must be done by Bridge of Harmony. Maintenance does not cover expendable accessories such as reeds or mouth pieces etc. or abuse of the instrument.

4 INSTRUMENT TRANSFER: Bridge of Harmony will apply up to 100% of your principal payment towards any band or orchestra instrument of equal or greater value within one year or delivery date.

Late fee $5.00 if payment is more than 10 days past due. No prepayment penalty.

Early pay discount; 30% off balance due within 1 year from delivery date for new and rental return instruments.
Early pay discount; 20% off balance due for used instruments.
